The PDF edition of the book
is in a format designed by the author. The "PDF book format" uses a two-page
layout that recreates the look of a traditional book for comfortable reading.

downloading time and takes up half the paper for the printout
The book will also be available in a print
edition and in a format for the Kindle, iPad, and Google.
